Direct message the job poster from Windsor Telecom As a Provisioning Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience by managing the setup and activation of telecoms, internet, mobile, and IT services. You’ll be the central point between customers, suppliers, and internal teams — making sure everything happens when and how it should. It’s a fast-paced, varied role that requires a mix of brilliant communication, strong organisation, and a calm, proactive attitude when things don’t quite go to plan. What You’ll Be Doing • Coordinating the provisioning of new services, as well as off-boarding (broadband, mobile, hosted voice, IT, etc.) from start to finish • Liaising with customers, keeping them informed throughout the setup process • Working closely with suppliers and internal teams to track progress and resolve delays or issues • Managing multiple projects and tasks at once, ensuring deadlines are met • Updating internal systems and documentation with accurate and timely information • Taking ownership of customer onboarding, making sure everything is set up smoothly and professionally • Problem-solving on the fly when things don’t go to plan — thinking ahead and acting fast What We’re Looking For • Great communication skills — written and verbal • Confident working directly with customers and suppliers • Highly organised with strong time management • Calm under pressure and able to prioritise workload effectively • A problem-solver who’s not afraid to take initiative • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Customer service experience is essential • Telecoms/IT/technical product knowledge is a plus — but not a dealbreaker. We’ll train the right person. When and where?
