You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the hospitality experience for global sponsors, VIPs, and corporate clients at one of the most prestigious events in world sport.What You’ll Be DoingAs the driving force behind our premium hospitality operations, you’ll:Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of hospitality programmes, from private suites to large-scale catering operations. Manage a network of suppliers, caterers, and delivery partners to ensure every detail meets world-class standards. Oversee technical planning, infrastructure, fit-out, and on-site execution – ensuring seamless delivery across all hospitality venues. Act as the key liaison for internal teams, sponsors, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and excellence at every stage. Build and lead a high-performing team of hospitality managers during the event. Own the budget, reporting, and post-event review process to drive continuous improvement.What You’ll Bring5+ years of experience managing premium hospitality at major sporting or large- scale events. Proven ability to lead complex projects under pressure, with exceptional attention to detail. Strong commercial acumen – confident in procurement, contract negotiation, and budget control. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative mindset and the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
