**Fixed term contract / secondment opportunity – until 31 March 2026**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Patient Pathway Co-Ordinator to join our Dermatology / Skin team.The Skin Department at NNUH provides an excellent range of services delivered by our dedicated multidisciplinary team of clinicians, nurses and administrative personnel to the population of Norfolk.This role relies on close working relationships between consultants, secretaries, departmental staff, patients and general practitioners.This critical role requires a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills as you help manage patients through their cancer pathway. Ensure that these patients are listed on the Trust Cancer IT system. • Ensure that appropriate requests for investigations are initiated following the clinician’s instructions and appointments are given. • To adhere to the Trust’s General Principles and Guidelines on Patient Access in relation to the management of waiting lists. • Ensure that any newly diagnosed Cancer patients are identified and added to the Trust Cancer IT system. Ensure that the patient is known to the clinical team and that appropriate action is taken to manage the patient on the agreed pathway. • Highlight any potential delays or breaches of the patient pathway according to the Trust escalation policy.Please note that this advertised position, which is part of occupation code 4111 does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa (this includes if you are already in a sponsored post and looking to change employer).
