In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all after-sales service instructions, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and in line with our Main Contractors’ service level agreements.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for after-sales service requests. Log and manage service instructions in our internal systems. Schedule and coordinate service engineers, ensuring diaries are optimised and up to date. Ensure materials are available for first-time resolution of service calls. Maintain accurate and up-to-date service logs and contractor portals. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure smooth fault resolution. Uphold Emplas policies and contribute to continuous service improvement.Requirements:What are we looking forEssential:1–2 years of customer service experience. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.Desirable:Experience with Window Designer or similar software.
