We are looking for individuals with leadership potential and effective communication skills and able to demonstrate a proactive, collaborative and innovative approach to the clinical environment and passionate about excellence in patient care.Our Department facilitates 26 adult beds (Level 2 and Level 3 capacity) and prides itself on being a friendly, cohesive and inclusive team supported by outstanding multidisciplinary staff. We are extremely proud of the standards of care that we provide, as proved by our ICNARC data; CQC inspection's, internal/external performance metrics and patient experience/family feedback. Our Research Team have taken us to a national stage and we are a significant contributor to The National Covid 19 Studies as well as many other valued trials.Aintree Critical Care is the Regional Trauma Centre for Cheshire and Merseyside.
