This role will focus on ensuring high-quality and safe maternity care through oversight, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives within our maternity service. This role involves coordinating incident investigations, developing and implementing policies, and promoting a culture of learning and improvementThe Post Holder Will Support The Director Of Midwifery, The Head Of Midwifery, Their Deputies And The Clinical Director For The Family Health Division In The Ongoing Management And Oversight Of All Work Streams Related To Maternity Governance. The Post Holder Will Work In Close Collaboration With The Quality & Safety Matron, Divisional Governance Manager And Consultant Lead For Maternity Risk & Safety.
