You will operate as a working team member and conduct tasks in all areas of the warehouse. You will assist in leading the Inventory team and being at the forefront of the operations, ensuring that KPIs and SLAs are met daily.This is a full-time, permanent position workingany 5 days out of 7,covering the hours of2pm - 10pmPay, benefits and more:We’re looking to offer a salary of up to£29,094 per annumand 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays). Ability to achieve the required standards of performance and meet customer & operational demands. To work as part of a Team, as well as on your own initiative, to achieve the success of the operational function. Must be decisive to make operational decisions and update the Senior Team. The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail, and be able to develop recommendations Excellent organisational and reporting skills in order to manage day to day activity and requirementsWhat you need to succeed at GXO:The ability to work on your own initiative, whilst effectively leading a team Experience in conducting audits, cycle counts, and stock investigations in a warehouse environment.
