The team consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapist, Specialist Nurses, clerical officer and Assistant Practitioners. Main duties of the jobThe successful candidate will assist in the rehabilitation of patients post stroke in their own homes/clinic/bed based service. They will support the team with data collection and audits to continually improve the service. They will be responsible for organising, prioritising and planning their own workload to meet client and service priorities.
