Job Description Maxwell Marshall is a search firm that helps investors, startups and high growth companies operating in emerging markets to secure mid and senior level talent. Following an exceptional half 1 performance, we are looking to grow the team and are therefore looking to speak with successful consultants who possess 12+ months experience in a recruitment or search firm. What's on offer? We operate a remote 1st model however we also get together on a regular basis to ensure cohesion and face time. We believe every person should be given the space and independence to run their own market without overcrowding it. We are the opposite of a KPI centric, micro-management culture. We are looking for self motivated people. We believe in making key players equity stakeholders with up to 49% of equity up for grabs. We believe in a simple commission structure - with a minimum flat rate of 20% and above on all billings. This is all in addition to a competitive base salary, benefits, and regular incentives (last year we went to Marbella and this year we are going to Oktoberfest).
