RequirementsAs the Head of our Enablement services, you will report to the COO as part of a 3-strong management team within the sight loss support team. You will have experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team across various locations within the disability services delivery space. A proven track record of identifying and securing partnerships or service development opportunities in the health, social care, or VCSE sector with clear experience in financial management and budget control, and delivery. Importantly, experience in developing service specifications and business cases to improve the impact for service users. Knowledge of funding across the health and social care sector would be beneficial.
