This is a fantastic oportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to providing high quality, patient-centred care to young people and their families covering areas which include Redhill, Epsom and Leatherhead. The postholder will be part of a non-resident out of hours rota ( phone only)You will play a key leadership role in the clinical delivery and development of the service, supporting the mental health needs of children and adolescent across the local area.You’ll have the opportunity of working within a well-established and friendly team of highly skilled professionals who are passionate and committed to the care needs of our children and young people.The postholder will offer outpatient clinics, hold a caseload and be required to do occasional home visits. You will liaise with primary care, be involved in referrals and new assessments.The post holder will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team.Our OfferNHS Consultant grade £109,725 -£145,478 per annum + £149 fringe + on- call requirement Up to £2000/year CPD allowance subject to policy requirements NHS pension employers contribution 20.68% from day one Subsidised nursery places Car scheme tax savings up to £6000 Discounted Nuffield Gym Membership and many more.
