Youll contribute across the sales cyclefrom account research and outreach to presentation prep, customer engagement, and transactional closes.This is a great opportunity to gain direct experience working with senior sales leaders, contributing to revenue growth, and deepening your knowledge of the enterprise software sales process.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Executives by preparing for customer calls, presentations, and follow-upsDevelop and grow a portfolio of customer accountsConduct thorough account research to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesCraft and tailor compelling sales presentations and value-driven messagingInitiate outbound emails and calls to re-engage existing customersManage and close smaller, transactional upsell deals independentlyTrack customer cases and activity in CRM systems for accuracy and visibilityCollaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales Engineering, New Business, Finance) as needed to support deal executionPartner with Account Executives during Quarterly Business Reviews to create client growth strategyMaintain knowledge of Riskonnect products/services and industry trendsTravel to client sites as needed
