About the RoleAs Baby Room Supervisor, you will lead the care and development of children aged 3 to 16 months in a safe, stimulating, and loving environment. You will be responsible for creating strong bonds with babies and their families, guiding a small team of practitioners, and ensuring the highest standards of care in line with the EYFS framework. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily running of the baby room, maintaining a calm and nurturing atmosphere Provide high-quality, responsive care and tailored developmental support Lead and support a team of baby room practitioners Ensure all safeguarding and health 'safety policies are followed Build strong partnerships with parents and carers Keep accurate records of each child's progress and well-being What We’re Looking ForLevel 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years/Childcare Proven experience working with babies under 18 months Leadership or supervisory experience in a nursery setting Warm, patient, and highly organised, with a deep understanding of infant devel...
