As a Management Accountant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of key financial information. You'll support decision making across the business, maintain integrity in our reporting, and drive financial efficiency. Thisis a multi-site role with team management responsibilities and offers the opportunity to actively contribute to process improvement across the Finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, reports and analysis. Support financial operations including Accounts Receivable, Payable, and Credit Control. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and HMRC regulations. Provide robust support for audits and ensure clear documentation of procedures. Maintain and improve the integrity of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and underlying ledgers. Work closely with other departments, offering guidance on finance-related matters. Contribute to Finance projects and broader company change initiatives.
