We’re on the lookout for an ESOL Employability Tutor to support with delivery of Employability Skills & Functional Skills Delivery.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage delivery of ESOL & Employability Skills to participants looking to gain employment.Deliver high-quality ESOL & Employability classes adapting to various learning styles and needs to suit small groups of learners. Ensure inclusive teaching strategies are embedded across the team. Promote a positive learning environment that supports engagement, wellbeing, and progress. Develop and implement effective schemes of work and curriculum planning tailored to individual learner needs. Provide support of safeguarding measures. Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning standards, carrying out observations and learning walks. Track learner progress, outcomes, and achievement rates against key performance indicators (KPIs).
