Clerk of WorksLocation: Warrington Job Type: Temporary Working Hours: Night Shifts. 37 hours per week. Hourly rate: Up to £20.19 per hour. We are seeking a highly experienced Clerk of Works to supervise the construction of a Section 278 Scheme involving the signalisation of a motorway junction. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with approved drawings, traffic management arrangements,permits, and method statements. Day-to-day of the role:Supervise the construction activities, ensuring all works comply with the technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Maintain detailed records of construction activities, progress against programme, and constraints, including the productivity of labour, plant, and materials. Inspect temporary traffic management arrangements and ensure they meet legal and statutory requirements. Develop and maintain positive working relations with contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and statutory undertakers. Compile and present reports, and respond to correspondence as required.
