Teaching Assistants needed for our Primary and Secondary Schools in Crawley Start Date:September 2025 Pay:£85-£90 per day We’re currently recruitingpassionate and proactive Individuals to join a variety of schools as Teaching Assistantacross Primary and Secondary. Whether you’re an experienced TA or a graduate looking to take your first step into education, we’d love to hear from you! What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils in small groups and 1:1 across KS1 and KS3 Assisting with interventions and in-class support Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupil progress What we’re looking for: Some previous experience in a school or child-based setting Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is preferred A genuine interest in helping children thrive Friendly, flexible and confident personality Why join Engage Education?
