We are seeking dedicated and compassionateSEND Teaching Assistants.About the Role:As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including those with EHCPs. Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes independence and confidence. Support pupils both in class and in small group or 1:1 settings. We're Looking For Someone Who: Has experience working with children with SEND (desirable but not essential). Is patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about supporting learning and development. Can work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with staff, pupils, and parents. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
