Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning strategies. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes independence and confidence. Support pupils both in class and in small group or 1:1 settings. We're Looking For Someone Who: Has experience working with children with SEND (desirable but not essential). Is patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about supporting learning and development. Can work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with staff, pupils, and parents.
