Job Title

Financial Controllerrequired for a family run manufacturing business currently in growth with recent project wins based in the Dorchester area. The person must be a hands-on Manager, you will have influence and be involved in strategicdecisions, but you will also mentor a small team, oversee Payroll and have a solid accounting background within manufacturing in the UK and overseas and ideally trained in practice. Project accounting knowledge would be a distinct advantage. Must haves: Qualified or QBE if career has been within manufacturing UK and Overseas manufacturing experience in a variety of companies Payroll experience, running and overseeing Mentoring and developing a team A full job specification is available.
