About the Role As Finance Manager, you will lead the month-end close process and deliver insightful management accounts that support strategic decision-making. You'll take ownership of key financial processes including: Month-end reportingand journal preparation Management accountingand variance analysis VAT returns , including exposure to complex VAT scenarios Stock accountingand inventory valuation Balance sheet reconciliationsand financial controls Team leadershipand development of junior finance staff This is a hands-on role where your ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking will be key.
