Location– In one of our Irish Sea offices, with a preference for Birkenhead or Belfast Contract- Permanent Salary- £62,000 to £75,000 (or €70,000 to €85,000 in the Republic of Ireland) Are you ready to shape the future of one of Europe’s leading ferry operators? As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our recruitment transformation, aligning talent strategy with business growth, streamlining our processes, and building a leading employer brand. This is more than a role; it’s a great leadership opportunity to make a lasting impact.Some of your key responsibilities:Develop and lead talent acquisition strategies in sync with Stena Line’s business goals and transformational journey. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding - and everything in between. Partner with senior stakeholders across all areas to support long-term workforce planning. Embed scalable, data-driven recruitment models alongside our People Operations team. Lead our internal Talent Acquisition forums, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Drive strategic recruitment campaigns for bulk and seasonal hiring needs. Cultivate our employer brand through job fairs, digital channels, and industry networks. Optimise processes using analytics, recruitment tech, and best practices. Build strong relationships with executive search firms and external partners. Stay ahead of labour market trends and industry benchmarks to ensure we remain a competitive and attractive employer. Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field (Master’s preferred). Extensive experience in talent acquisition or strategic HR with a proven track record across multiple departments and levels. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. In-depth experience with ATS, HRIS, and modern recruitment tools. Strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Experienced in embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles into talent acquisition processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.
