Job Title:Paediatric Complex Care Carer – NightsLocation:Hours:Night Shifts - 10pm-6amContract Type: Agency - long term work About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and compassionatePaediatric Complex Care Carerto join our dedicated team supporting a child with complex health needs in their own home during night shifts. This role involves providing one-to-one care for a non-verbal child requiringPEG feedingandCPAP ventilation support . Key Responsibilities:Provide safe, person-centred care throughout the night.Monitor and manage CPAP ventilation and respond to any alarms or issues.Administer PEG feeds and ensure proper care of the feeding site.Assist with repositioning, personal care, and maintaining comfort throughout the shift.Communicate effectively with family members and clinical teams.Complete accurate nightly care notes and incident reports if necessary.Remain alert and responsive throughout the night shift to ensure the child’s safety.Requirements:Minimum 6–12 months experience in paediatric complex care.Competence and confidence with PEG feeding and CPAP ventilation.Experience working withnon-verbalchildren and understanding of their needs.Up-to-date clinical training (or willingness to complete).Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply).Right to work in the UK.Good communication skills and a calm, patient approach.Desirable:NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.Previous experience working night shifts in a homecare or paediatric setting.What We Offer:Competitive pay rates.Ongoing clinical supervision and training.Support from a dedicated care coordinator.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child’s life.#J-18808-Ljbffr
