The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting 16 and 17 year old young people who are homeless or at risk of becominghomeless within the next 56 days. Job Summary: As a Senior Social Worker (Children's) CAP, you will work closely with young people, their families, and partner agencies to provide high-quality support and guidance. Your primary focus will be on assessing the needs of young people, developing plans to preventhomelessness, and providing specialist support to help them achieve positive outcomes.
