What you'll be doingAs part of the IT Service Desk team, you will be the first point of contact for all IT issues (Incidents and Service Requests), logging and responding to these issues via phone or support portal. Your role is crucial for our Just-in-Time manufacturing, requiring flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. You will achieve an excellent first-line fix rate of 70%, resolving issues ranging from password resets and printer problems to complex system access setups. You will support various IT systems, with unresolved issues escalated to partners or third-line support, ensuring timely and quality service. The team works Monday-Friday 06:00-22:00, Saturday and Sunday 06:00-14:00, with on-call support outside these hours.
