Document Centre Specialist – Fully Remote Shift: 17:00 – 01:00 Location: Home-based Reports to: Shift Team Lead The Opportunity We are seeking aDocument Centre Specialistto join our team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely documents in line with established templates, branding, and best practices.Act as a primary point of contact for our Document Centre services.Demonstrate excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality output, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service excellence.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.Provide workflow support and liaise effectively with the Document Centre Manager.Contribute to personal and team development through continuous upskilling in both technical and soft skills.Maintain professionalism and uphold confidentiality standards at all times.What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a document production role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.Proven advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Strong multitasking capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.High attention to detail with a commitment to producing consistently accurate and high-quality work.A self-motivated, proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – able to build trusted relationships across all levels.Confidence in handling confidential information and working independently in a fast-paced setting.Positive and adaptable mindset – open to shift changes, overtime, and evolving responsibilities.Experience with workflow management tools is highly desirable.Deep understanding of document production practices and technologies.Familiarity with corporate brand guidelines and commitment to adhering to best practices.Willingness to accept feedback constructively and continuously improve performance and technical skills.A dependable team player who shares knowledge, supports peers, and maintains a professional and approachable manner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
