Full Time Hours 40 Hours Per Week – Monday to Friday Occasional Weekend Work Role Overview We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Restaurant Office Systems Administrator who will manage the technological infrastructure and data systems within a restaurant, ensuring smooth operation of both office and point-of-sale (POS) systems System Management: Overseeing and maintaining restaurant computer systems, POS terminals, and related hardware and software. Data Management: Ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, processing, and reporting from various systems, including inventory, sales, and customer data. Technical Support: Providing first-level technical support to restaurant staff, troubleshooting issues related to POS systems, computers, and other technology. Security: Implementing and maintaining security protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access to systems. Inventory Management: Supporting the purchasing and inventory management systems, including tracking stock levels and assisting with orders. Financial Administration: Assisting with invoice processing, payment management, and other financial tasks, often within specific restaurant management software. Data Entry and Reporting: Inputting data from various sources into the system and generating reports for management. About you Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with document control systems or SharePoint would be ideal but not essential.
