An excellent opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to work with our client. Our client is seeking a full-time RGN/RMN/RNLD to work in a care home providing care for dementia, old age, and physical disability. The environment is friendly and supportive. This is a permanent role with competitive pay and excellent working conditions. Assess each patient’s needs, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing care. Administer medications. Develop and maintain care plans. Work within the guidelines of the NMC. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a care or nursing home environment at RGN/RMN/RNLD level.
