We are looking for a drivenImplementation Coordinatorto join aglobal independent soft drinks manufacturerwith78 manufacturing sitesworldwide including6 sites in the UK based inBridgewater (TA6).Salary up to£33,000per annum Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 & Friday 08:00 – 15:30(38 hours per week) Permanent role, will consider both full-time and part time candidates Benefits:35 days holiday (including bank holidays), Company pension scheme, Healthcare options, and access to Discount & Offers Platform.Do you thrive onbringing new products to life ? Are you ahands-on, detail-driven coordinatorwith a background infood, beverage, or FMCGmanufacturing?As anImplementation Coordinator , you’ll play a key role inlaunching new products,packaging formats, and manufacturing processes for one of thelargest soft drinks manufacturersin the world. Working as part of asmall, collaborative Implementation team , you’ll supporton-site trials , coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure new productintroductions run smoothly, safely, and compliantly .This is afast-paced and highly visible role , you’ll liaise with multiple internal teams that will include New Product Department, Technical, Packaging, Production, and Planning teams tosupport every stage from concept through to launch . You'll also work with external partners includinglabs, suppliers, and auditorsto keep timelines and documentation on track.Ideally you will be an experiencedImplementation Coordinatorin afood, beverage, pharmaceutical or FMCGenvironment . strong understanding ofpackaging trials ,SOPs ,risk assessments , andlaunch documentation .
