Are you looking for an administrative based role based in Norwich? Our friendly, fast-paced team have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Administrator to join the existing team…We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Team Administrator to work in our Central Youth Team based at 80 St Stephens in Norwich. The role will be offered on a permanent, full-time basis.We offer a welcoming, friendly, and supportive environment that puts the needs and care of our service users first and provides a responsive administration service.This role will require a confident, level-headed individual who has experience of supporting a busy team, is able to respond to changing priorities and delivering accurate work within tight deadlines. You should have a good understanding of confidentiality and data protection.Please add a sentence in to your application form to describe what Mental Health means to you.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, as well as demonstrable administrative experience.A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust systems such as Lorenzo would be an advantage, however training will be provided.You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to confidently and sensitively deal with telephone calls from individuals who may sometimes be distressed or upset.You should be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively.
