Floreat Montague Park Primary School is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our welcoming team on a permanent basis, working 36 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of our school office, providing vital support to staff, pupils, and parents alike in a vibrant and supportive school community. Your opportunityWe are looking for a highly organised and approachable Office Administrator to join our friendly school office team on a permanent basis (36 hours per week). In this varied and rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and pupils, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth day-to-day running of the front office. You will provide high-quality administrative support to staff and the senior leadership team, manage school communications, maintain accurate records using key systems such as Bromcom, ParentPay, and Microsoft Office, and play an active role in supporting pupil admissions, first aid, and general office duties.
