Be an advocate and support the ‘One Collinson’ concept to help develop a group identity and sense of belonging for our employees.Act as a trusted advisor: a trusted consultant to the business, to develop and implement the People and Culture business strategy in line with Collinson strategy and the operational goals of the allocated business units. influencing leadership decisions to enhance team performance and organizational effectiveness.Talent Management & Workforce Planning: support the business with the development of workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and career development programs. Support leaders on workforce planning and organisation design, restructuring, mergers and acquisition activity. Create and facilitate delivery of the strategic people plans and aid managers to deliver on their business objectives by ensuring the optimum plans are in place and being worked through. Creation of Insight/Analytics and recommendations into People and Culture and the strategic workforce plans and actions. Mentor to P&C Advisors.Change Management and projects: Support and lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee alignment with new ways of working. Support on-going change management activity within your divisions and taken ownership in relevant consultations where necessary. Identify processes for improvement within the People and Culture. function and assist with solutions to further enhance the P&C reputation across the Group.Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting a culture of continuous feedback and accountability. Coach leaders to address underperformance effectively and recognize high potential. Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and implement targeted learning and development strategies to build organizational capability. Facilitation of Performance and Calibration process which drives a high-performance culture.Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with employment laws. Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risk and maintain a positive working environment.Policy Development & Compliance: Drive the adoption of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation. Monitor and report on key HR metrics to track performance and inform decision-making. Act as the guardian for supporting the timely delivery of key business process including annual salary reviews, appraisals, succession planning, colleague engagement survey and career development, talent management and succession planning and the development of senior level business objectives.Employee Experience & Engagement: Champion initiatives to foster an inclusive, engaging, and highperforming workplace culture. Lead employee engagement strategies, analysing feedback and implementing actions to improve overall satisfaction and retention. Provide advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of people and culture issues including best practise, employment legislation and ensure people related legal and compliance issues are managed effectively and aligned with the overall P & C strategy.
