Delighted to be recruiting for one of the leading Insurance brands in the U.K., who are seeking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join their growing Specialty team.This role will play an integral position in the development of the firm's Specialty business, which is a major growth area for the company.As Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for the following:Providing expert legal advice and guidance on commercial/financial lines policy wordings.Collaborating extensively with Underwriters, Brokers & the firm's external partners.Drafting policy wordings related to financial and commercial Insurance lines.Ensuring any policy wordings meet the market and regulatory requirements across FCA and Lloyd's.The successful candidate for this role will be:A qualified lawyer, with experience in drafting, reviewing and managing commercial insurance policy wordings.Extremely knowledgeable of FCA, Lloyd's and overseas regulatory requirements.Experienced in Financial Lines Coverage and London Market Wordings.Adaptable to the changing commercial needs of the business, and an ability to collaborate across multiple departments (underwriting, finance, claims).My client can offer a really strong and competitive salary and package, including hybrid working (2-3 days in the office in London).Get in touch with me today to discuss. /02035877345.
