You’ll manage the integrity of account records across key systems and oversee the administration of the Account Request and Approval System (ARAS), ensuring all processes align with regulatory and internal standards. This role also involves managing a team, including third-party support in India, and acting as a subject matter expert for onboarding and counterparty security. You’ll contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering strong relationships across the business. What You’ll Be Doing Overseeing the onboarding process for clients, insurers, and counterparties, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Managing and maintaining accurate records in Global XB and Sector Broking Systems. Acting as a referral point for onboarding and counterparty-related queries. Reviewing and negotiating Insurer Terms of Business Agreements. Monitoring insurer security and rating changes, and notifying the business of material updates. Supporting the business with onboarding documentation and intermediary questionnaires. Leading and developing a team, including offshore support in India. Contributing to the development and documentation of policies and procedures. Providing management information and reporting to senior stakeholders. Staying informed on regulatory changes and assessing their impact on business practices. Who We’re Looking For Experienced in using Global XB, Novidea, OpenTWINS and/or Sector processing systems. Background in compliance or counterparty functions within a regulated UK environment. Strong understanding of insurance principles, products, and services. Commercially aware with a practical approach to regulatory application. Skilled in analysing and interpreting legal and regulatory documents. Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Consultative and collaborative, with a focus on sharing best practices. Proven leadership and people management capabilities. Committed to continuous personal and professional development. Qualifications Professional qualification (desirable but not essential).
