We work with iconic venues, emerging artists, and major promoters to bring unforgettable experiences to audiences through data-driven campaigns and thumb-stopping content. We’re looking for aPaid Social Managerwho knows how to build hype, sell tickets, and turn social into a high-performing sales channel. What You’ll Do Plan and execute paid social campaignsacross Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms Own end-to-end campaign delivery – audience targeting, creative briefing, budget allocation, A/B testing, optimisation, and reporting Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets tailored to platforms and audiences Track and analyse performance , using insights to iterate in real time and deliver on ticket sales, ROAS, and engagement KPIs Coordinate closely with promoters, artist teams, and media agencies to align on campaign timings and deliverables Stay ahead of platform trends, ad formats, and music/event audience behaviours What You’ll Bring 2+ years’ experience running paid social campaigns, ideally in live events, music, entertainment, or ticketing Proven track record of managing budgets and optimising for performance (e.g. conversions, ROAS) Solid understanding of pixels, tracking, and attribution tools (e.g. Meta Events Manager, GA4, etc.) Excellent communication and organisational skills – comfortable juggling multiple campaigns across genres Passion for live music, gigs, festivals, and fan culture Bonus points for experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Spotify, or influencer amplification Work on high-profile shows, tours, and festivals across the UK and beyond Access to gigs, events, and backstage industry insights Collaborative team culture with space to grow and experiment Hybrid work options, flexible hours, and a music-loving environment Opportunity to shape the future of digital strategy in live entertainment Seniority levelSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Advertising and Marketing Industries Marketing Services and Advertising Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists by 2x Get notified about new Digital Marketing Manager jobs inGreater London, England, United Kingdom .
