Position: Workday HRIS Analyst / System Administrator Location: Greater Slough (Predominantly in-office) We're looking for a hands-on Workday HRIS Analyst / System Administrator to take ownership of our client’s Workday platform and act as the go-to expert across the business. This is a key role working at the intersection of HR and Systems, supporting day-to-day operations while driving system improvements and optimisations. Role Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for all internal Workday queries Own configuration and maintenance across core modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Payroll, etc) Manage internal support tickets and partner with external providers for escalations Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity and system efficiency Implement updates from Workday releases and enhance reporting/dashboard capabilities Uphold data security standards (e.g. GDPR) and manage user access Ideal Candidate: Hands-on experience with Workday, especially HCM Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with external Workday/AMS partners A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and an understanding of HR data/processes Nice to have experience: Experience supporting multi-functional or global Workday environments Familiarity with reporting, audits, and change governance Advanced Excel skills and Workday reporting experience Ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment?
