Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Legal Executive to take on some excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases. Experience of handling birth injury / maternity claims is also desirable. You must ensure cases are progressed in a timely, efficient and proactive manner and meet all KPI targets set by the firm. This firm currently has a team of experts and are keen to speak to likeminded people, who are passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care. The Candidate Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive handling own caseload (3 - 6 years PQE) Litigation experience and knowledge of the Damages Claims Portal Supervision experience is preferred but not essential Prioritise and manage a varied caseload Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail Excellent client care skills The Benefits & How to Apply Competitive basic salary, up to £70,000, depending on experience Generous annual bonus 35 days annual including bank holidays and Christmas Closure Hybrid and flexible working Long/good service awards Private medical insurance Apply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone – there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.
