The Role A highly regarded national law firm is looking to recruit an Associate to join its expanding Business Crime & Regulatory team. Known for its technical excellence and outstanding client service, the firm advises a diverse client base, including major insurers, public bodies, charities, SMEs, and individuals. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of regulatory matters including inquests, health and safety investigations, CQC/Ofsted regulation, licensing issues, and professional discipline. The work spans both contentious and non-contentious matters, offering excellent variety and complexity. You'll provide strategic legal advice to insurer-backed clients and organisations, handling investigations, enforcement action, and regulatory compliance issues with sensitivity and commercial awareness. This is an ideal role for a Regulatory Solicitor looking to develop within a forward-thinking and growing team, with access to quality work, strong supervision, and real opportunities for progression.
