Finance Manager Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Deeside, Flintshire Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance department of a organically growing organisation based in Deeside. This role involves managing a team of four accounts professionals, providing strategic insights at the board level, and overseeing all aspects of financial management, including payroll, pensions, and tax submissions. Day-to-day of the role: Lead and mentor a four-person accounts team with a focus on inspirational leadership in a participative management style. Engage at a strategic board level to provide commercial insights and analytical support for projects, process changes, and investment appraisals. Manage the full preparation and finalisation of management accounts, including robust challenges to management on business performance, variance analysis, and corrective actions. Handle bonus and pay rise calculations, monthly payroll, and pension calculations and submissions, addressing any related queries. Provide insights into emerging trends in margins and costs, quantifying impacts on profit and loss, and cash flow.
