Assess and investigate claims by reviewing tribunal papers, HR advice logs, and other supporting documents to determine coverage and liability. Work closely with clients, policyholders, third parties, and intermediary consultants to keep claims moving smoothly. Handle requests for settlement contributions, supporting negotiations with clear and well-informed coverage advice. Set reserves in line with company guidelines and make sure all claim information is recorded accurately. Manage a varied caseload, staying organised and keeping on top of changing priorities.
