Job DescriptionProduction Supervisor - Hampshire, SP11 6JS, United KingdomDo you have sound judgment skills with a hands-on approach to problem solving & decision making in a warehouse environment? This may be the role for you!Working as a Production Supervisor where you’ll be responsible for the warehouse operation for Enham 3PL. You’ll manage the enterprise production and operatives in ensuring they are equipped, on task and able to deliver in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll be assisting the Enterprise Manager in developing improvements and efficiencies on production lines to support contractual targets being achieved where you’ll put quality first in delivering outcomes. The role will also involve liaising with stakeholders around costings on new orders and development of production processes.You’ll work alongside the Enterprise Manager and Strive supported employment team to ensure the operation provides an environment in which supported employees are able to access and develop employability skills and maintain employment.About usWe are Enham!
