New Forest District Council - Programme Manager (Change) Salary: £53,000 - £62,000 for Outstanding Candidates. Are you a dynamic programme manager with a passion for driving change and improving local government? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Programme Manager to lead on change initiatives, taking a particular lead on local government reorganisation. You will be part of an established transformation team in an ambitious, forward-thinking council dedicated to making a positive impact. About you: You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent and an experienced programme manager with strong project management, communication and delivery skills, preferably in the public sector. Experience in successful programme management in a complex public sector setting, and experience of LGR would be a real advantage.
