About the Role: This role is ideal for a Health and Social Care Graduate with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs. Working as a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them thrive in both their learning and development. Key Responsibilities: Support students with a range of SEN needs across the classroom. Work closely with teaching staff to deliver personalised support. Assist with behaviour management and classroom engagement. Be a positive role model, supporting the education and training of young people. Gain hands-on experience in the education and training sector. Requirements: A degree in Health and Social Care or a related field. A desire to work in education and training.
