Our client is a multi-disciplinary design and property consultancy based in Derbyshire. They specialise in delivering prestigious, high-quality, innovative, and value-driven construction projects, and have earnt multiple awards along the way. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist for an immediate start. Your duties as part of this role will include; Provide technical design services and project management services to new and existing clients. Carry out site visits and client, consultant, and authority liaison to run design projects from cradle to grave. Ensure that projects remain within budget and adhere to building regulations and industry best practice. Produce building regulations and planning applications. Prepare design drawings for tenders to include costs, programmes, and deliverables. Deliver the technical and co-ordination aspects of projects and ensure successful delivery Provide knowledge and expertise across the full RIBA work stages. Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant. Work well within a multi-disciplinary team, primarily within Building Surveying and Architecture. Mentor Junior staff members and Graduates.
