This will be a customer service, progress-chasing and problem-solving role working alongside with our Car Sales teams and based at our showroom in Enfield, EN1 As a Vehicle Progressor you will be carrying out varied and interesting dealership-based duties such as driving, vehicle logistics administration and vehicle preparation, all of which help with the efficiency of the Sales Department. You will be checking the condition of new vehicles as they arrive on the transporter, recording damage or missing parts, arranging preparation and valeting/cleaning of vehicles ready for handover, ensuring all vehicles are parked safely and in retrievablelocations, carrying out handover exchanges of returned Company cars and associated admin, and taking payment for any damages on returned vehicles. You'll assist the sales team in display standards in the showroom and our outdoor forecourt display. Your daily interactions will be between customers, members of the sales team, valeting staff and the service department who carry out pre-delivery checks on sold vehicles.
