Hastings Borough Council is recruiting a Finance Business Partnering Manager to lead the finance business partnering team and play a pivotal role in managing the Council’s financial strategy and performance. The Councils vision is to build a sustainableand inclusive town that thrives economically, socially, and environmentally and this role will have a direct impact on that. The role will report to the Chief Finance Officer and work alongside a Chief Accountant and a Financial Transactions Manager, although this role with be the de facto deputy. The role will focus on supporting Councillors and service managers to ensure financialaccountability, transparency, and informed decision-making across the organisation.
