The Site Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of warehouse and distribution activities. Description Based at our clients operation in London, the Site Operations Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day Warehouse, Inventory and Transport operations team and activities. They will be responsible for leading an inclusive?culture, built on trust and highperformance whilst also meeting legal, KPI and budgetary targets. Key responsibilities include: Providing a genuine and authentic leadership for the operations team. Influencing, managing and maintaining internal and external relationships across a variety of stakeholders, including Union partnerships. Delivering continuous improvement to KPI performance, understanding the business and cost implications of decisions made. Responsible for the day-to-day people management of direct reports, as well as talent spotting, driving development and succession planning.
