Bright Selection are seeking a Nurse Qualified Deputy Home Manager to join a dedicated team at a luxury care home local to the Redhill area. About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and clinical excellence. You'll lead by example, mentor staff, and play a key role in delivering person-centred dementiacare in a warm, homely environment.
