Exceptional opportunity: ?SANZA Teaching Agency are currently working with a delightful, primary school in Newham who are seeking a teaching assistant in year 5.?? The role: Work 1:1 with a boy in year 5 who has Autism Provide individualised support in class, helping him access learning materials and fully engage in activities Support the student during break times Encourage and facilitate participation in classroom activities, promote social interaction, and support learning and development Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson materials and ensure they are accessible for the student Behaviour management- be able to employ strategies to address challenging behaviours, fostering emotional regulation and positive responses.
