The Role As Night Concierge, you will: Provide an exceptional, tailored welcome to residents and guests. Handle resident enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency. Manage booking requests for on-site amenities, coordinating with housekeeping to ensure spaces are prepared and immaculate. Assist with postal requirements and organise lifestyle services including transportation, dining, theatre, chauffeur, and dry-cleaning. Maintain pristine presentation of reception and common areas at all times. Support the delivery of weekly resident activities. Report incidents promptly and professionally to management.
