Are you an experienced Electrical Manager with a passion for delivering safe, high-quality services in social housing? Our client, a respected Housing Association in North Sussex, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to lead their electricaloperations on a temporary basis.?? Key Responsibilities Oversee electrical maintenance and compliance across a portfolio of social housing properties Manage contractors and in-house teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery Ensure all works meet regulatory standards, including NICEIC, BS7671, and H&S legislation Conduct audits and inspections to maintain quality assurance and safety compliance Liaise with tenants and internal teams to resolve issues with professionalism and empathy Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction ?? Essential Requirements Proven experience in electrical management within social housing Strong knowledge of health 'safety regulations and compliance frameworks Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and contractors effectively Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, NICEIC accreditation) ??
